As part of Media Week, a group of TY students from four different secondary schools in Co. Clare spent a week with Colum McGrath of the Clare FM Breakfast Show making their very own radio show called "TY Takeover". They planned, researched, produced and presented the show from start to finish. I was delighted to be interviewed by my niece, Éabha Harrison, on teenage mental health. We discussed mental health in secondary school, cyberbullying, social comparison on social media, strategies to deal with this, and why it is I love to work with young people, in particular. So lovely to be part of their fantastic project! Huge well done to Clare FM for such a wonderful initiative being offered to students, too.
